REQUISITOS Y CONDICIONES
El festival
incluye 3 días. Desde el 7 al 9 de Septiembre de 2018.
Precios:
OFERTA DE 190 EUROS (válida hasta el
30 de junio) , que
incluye: 13 horas de formación en Flamenco Arabe, Danza Oriental, etc… con las
4 maestras del festival de esta edición : Alejandra Palacio, Leyla Tureli,
Perla y Rocío Rodríguez. Material de estudio. Derecho a participar en el
Concurso de Danza categoría solista,
entrada para la Gala del Sábado,
reportaje de fotografía y video!!!!
Los precios
no incluyen billetes de viaje, ni alojamiento, ni gastos de manutención, lo que
correrá por cuenta de la bailarina.
Los precios
aumentarán a partir del 30 de junio, se explica más abajo en “Registro”.
No obstante,
la organización podrá facilitar ayuda en el asesoramiento para buscar
alojamiento y demás.
VIAJE
Cada
participante llevará su seguro de viaje y su tarjeta sanitaria. La organización no se responsabiliza de
cualquier daño, pérdida o accidente que
el participante sufra durante su viaje y estancia en el Festival.
REGISTRO
Los participantes serán mayores de 18
años. Si son menores
deberán llevar autorización de su tutor legal.
Las plazas disponibles son limitadas. Cada plaza será registrada y
confirmada por riguroso orden de pago. Dicho pago será único (no podrá ser
fraccionado) en el caso de aprovechar la oferta de 190 euros, y deberá
ser realizado antes del 30 de junio de 2018.
Para pagos posteriores al 30 de
junio, el precio será de 240 euros el full pack (incluye todo) o bien 35 euros
cada taller suelto. (el pago de 240 euros podrá ser fraccionado en 2 pagos si
así lo solicita la participante y si la organización lo estima conveniente).
No se
devolverá el importe al participante en caso de cancelación por parte del
mismo.
Si la
cancelación es por parte de la Organización, se garantiza el reembolso del
100% del importe pagado por el
participante.
FORMACION
El material
formativo será aportado por los profesores. La toma de imágenes y la grabación
de video, durante los talleres y los espectáculos está prohibida: sólo será
permitida en caso de que los profesores así lo indiquen. No obstante, la organización realizará
grabación de imágenes y videos cuyo contenido podrá facilitar a los
participantes.
Los
participantes del festival renuncian a los derechos de imagen y video que
puedan derivarse de su participación en el festival. No obstante la
organización se compromete a hacer un uso apropiado de dichas imágenes,
exclusivamente para la promoción del festival.
Todas las
clases serán explicadas en español e
inglés.
Se pide al
participante puntualidad en los talleres y eventos del festival, por respeto a
los profesores y compañeros.
Se entregará un diploma
acreditativo al finalizar la formación.
CONCURSO
El viernes
por la tarde/noche (horario 20 h, sujeto a posibles cambios) tendrá lugar el
Concurso de Danza, con entrada libre hasta completar aforo en la Cuarta Planta
de la Escuela de Música EMMA (Almería). El concurso será para las siguientes
categorías: amateur solista y profesional solista.
En el
concurso se podrá participar con un
único baile, de cualquier estilo, (se admite el uso de elementos), el tema musical no excederá de los 5
minutos.
El primer premio de cada categoría
incluye: derecho a bailar en la Gala de
Profesoras del Sábado 8 de septiembre (Auditorio EMMA). Un vestido profesional
a elegir entre diversos modelos de diferentes tallas, un conjunto de ropa de
ensayo (compuesto por top y falda, o top y pañuelo de cadera, o similar, entre
los ofrecidos por la firma NEFER.
reportaje fotográfico y de video de regalo, un diploma y un trofeo. 50% de descuento en
full pack para la siguiente edición del festival. Sólo en el caso de la
categoría profesional se añade además derecho a impartir un taller de danza en
la edición 2019 de Almariyya (con remuneración económica).
El segundo premio de cada categoría
incluye: conjunto de ensayo de regalo,
reportaje fotográfico y de video gratuito, diploma acreditativo y trofeo, y 30%
de descuento en full pack de la siguiente edición del festival.
En el caso
de que no hubiera una siguiente edición de Almariyya, la organización no está
obligada a reembolsar o indemnizar a las ganadoras por los premios relacionados
con dicha edición.
El jurado
estará compuesto por las 4 maestras del Festival, así como maestras y
profesionales invitadas por la organización, sin que se exceda de un número
máximo de 6 miembros. El jurado valorará los siguientes aspectos por orden de
importancia (y del 1 al 10, siendo 10 la máxima puntuación) : expresividad,
técnica, coreografía, dificultad, puesta en escena y vestuario. Las decisiones del jurado serán imparciales y
objetivas, y se harán públicas en el mismo instante de la deliberación,
quedando las puntuaciones a disposición de los participantes que así lo deseen.
El fallo del jurado será 10 minutos después de la última actuación de concurso,
y seguidamente la entrega de premios se hará efectiva.
Para participar en el concurso hay
que realizar un pago único de 30 euros en concepto de tasas. Si además se desea obtener reportaje fotográfico y de video de dicho evento se abonará 10
euros.
Para todos
aquellos concursantes que hagan full pack de talleres o bien estén matriculados
en 3 talleres sueltos o más de la oferta del festival, la tasa del concurso será gratuíta.
En todo caso
(exceptuando a los matriculados en full pack) tendrán que abonarse 10 euros para aquellos que deseen obtener
reportaje fotográfico y de video. La
grabación de video e imágenes por parte de los participantes y del público estará
prohibida en todo caso. Por supuesto
el dinero destinado al reportaje de foto y video será reembolsado a los
ganadores del primer premio del concurso de ambas categorías en el caso de que
hubieran tenido obligación de abonarlo (por no estar matriculados en el full
pack).

Prices do not include travel tickets, accommodation,
or maintenance, which will be paid by the dancer.
Prices will increase as of June 30, explained below in
"Registration".
However, the organization may provide assistance in
counseling to find accommodation and others.
TRAVEL
Each participant will carry their travel insurance and
their health card. The organization is not responsible for any damage, loss or
accident that the participant suffers during their trip and stay in the
Festival.
REGISTRY
The participants will be over 18 years old. If they
are minors, they must have authorization from their legal guardian. The places
available are limited. Each place will be registered and confirmed by strict
order of payment. This payment will be unique (can not be split) in the case of
taking advantage of the offer of 190 euros, and must be made before June 30,
2018.
For payments after June 30, the price will be 240
euros full pack (includes everything) or 35 euros each workshop loose. (The
payment of 240 euros may be divided into 2 payments if requested by the
participant and if the organization deems it appropriate).
The amount will not be returned to the participant in
case of cancellation by the same.
If the cancellation is by the Organization, the refund
of 100% of the amount paid by the participant is guaranteed.
TRAINING
The training material will be provided by the teachers.
The taking of images and the recording of video, during the workshops and shows
is forbidden: it will only be allowed in case the teachers so indicate.
However, the organization will record images and videos whose content may be
provided to the participants.
The participants of the festival renounce the rights of
image and video that may derive from their participation in the festival.
However, the organization is committed to making appropriate use of these
images, exclusively for the promotion of the festival.
All classes will be explained in Spanish and English.
The participant is asked for punctuality in the workshops
and festival events, out of respect for the teachers and classmates.
A diploma will
be delivered at the end of the training.
COMPETITION
Friday afternoon / evening (8pm, subject to possible
changes) will take place the Dance Competition, with free admission audience until full capacity in
the Fourth Floor of the Music School EMMA (Almería). The contest will be for
the following categories: amateur soloist and professional soloist.
In the contest you can participate with a single dance,
of any style, (the use of elements is allowed), the musical theme will not
exceed 5 minutes.
The first prize in each category includes: the right to
dance at the Teachers' Gala on Saturday, September 8 (EMMA Auditorium). A
professional costume to choose between different models of different sizes, a
set of dance clothing (consisting of top and skirt, or top and hipscarf, or
similar, among those offered by NEFER.)
Photographic and video gift report , a diploma and a trophy. 50% discount in full pack for the next edition
of the festival. And, plus, Only for professional category, the right to be the master of a workshop in
the 2019 edition of Almariyya (with financial remuneration) .
The second prize in each category includes: a gift dance
clothing set, free photo and video report, a diploma and trophy, and a 30%
discount on the full pack of the next edition of the festival.
In case there is no next edition of Almariyya, the
organization is not obliged to reimburse or compensate the winners for the
prizes related to that edition.
The jury will consist of the 4 teachers of the
Festival, as well as teachers and professionals invited by the organization,
without exceeding a maximum number of 6 members. The jury will assess the
following aspects in order of importance (and from 1 to 10, with 10 being the
highest score): expressiveness, technique, choreography, difficulty, staging
and costumes. The decisions of the jury will be impartial and objective, and
will be made public at the same moment of the deliberation, leaving the scores
available to the participants who so wish. The jury's decision will be 10
minutes after the last contest, and then the awards ceremony will be effective.
To
participate in the contest you must make a single payment of 30 euros. If
you also want to obtain a photo and video report of that event, 10 euros will
be paid.
For all those contestants who make the complete
package of workshops or are enrolled in 3 separate workshops or more of the
festival offer, the rate of the contest is free.
In any case (except for those enrolled in the complete
package) 10 euros for those who wish to obtain photographic and video reports.
The recording of video and images by the participants or the audience will be
prohibited in any case. Of course, the money destined to the photo and video
report will be reimbursed to the winners of the first prize of the contest of
two categories in the case that they are subject to the obligation to pay it
(for not being enrolled in the complete package).
